Car Hire

This is essential for your holiday as all amenities and parks are within driving distance.

Alamo provide an excellent service with everything from Sat Nav to Car Seats available on arrival.  They also come with the added bonus that you can bring the car back with an empty tank of fuel!

Tolls

Most major roads in the USA require Tolls, Florida is no exception, always ensure you have plenty of loose change in the car. (Some Toll Booths will give change)

You will need at least $5 worth of change for the toll roads to Westbury Manor.

Local Restaurants

After a hard day at the parks it is often a welcome relief to relax at home with dinner by the pool, however if you feel like a family meal out then we can recommend the following restaurants:

Cracker Barrel - situated  5 minutes West from Westbury Manor on the 27, this restaurant provides excellent family cooking at very reasonable prices, however please note that no alcohol is served!

Red Lobster - several situated on the 192, these restaurants provide excellent family seafood with very friendly service.

Shopping

For local groceries, East 3 mins on the 27 you can find the local Publix, and then further 2 mins the local Wal-Mart (open 24 hrs).

Postner Park is situated 3 mins East on the 27 featuring large retail outlets with continued planned expansion to become one of the largest retail parks in the state.
