Our Booking Policy

Reservations may be held with a non-refundable deposit of £150 paid by personal check, cashier's check, money order, or credit card. The balance of payment must be made at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Non appearances of confirmed reservations without prior written notification to be recieved at least 30 days prior to arrival, will result in a forfeit of rental funds. All credit card payments will be subject to a surcharge. Stays of 7 or fewer nights are subject to housekeeping charge. By placing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be held to all the terms and conditions.

Why should I rent this Villa instead of a hotel?

In a word -- VALUE! By renting this luxurious Villa, you definitely get more for your money. Imagine getting a fully furnished home, your own private pool, and plenty of room to relax...and for less than the price of a hotel!  the lanai area provides a great place to soak up some sun or enjoy dinner out under the stars, whle the screen around the pool and lanai provides shelter from any pesky bugs.

 

How do I make a reservation?

Once you have selected your dates, simply call 0754 8158421 or email Lesley@rentourfloridavilla.co.uk and we will be more than happy to assist you in planning the perfect holiday.

 

What is the deposit required?

Upon booking, we require that a deposit of £150 ($250) per week is provided.  this payment will be applied to the total price of your rental.  You can pay your deposit using either a personal cheque, or by a credit card through paypal.  The remaining balance is due eight weeks or more prior to your arrival.

Once you have paid your reservation, a confirmation package will be sent to you either via e-mail or fax.  Your deposit must be returned with your signed rental agreement and photo copy of our drivers licence and/or passport within seven days of placing your reservation.  if you have placed your reservation within the eighth week, the entire balance will be required with applicable documents.

 

When do I pay the remainder of my balance?

The £150 ($250) per week deposit will be applied to thte total amount of the rental.  The remainder of your balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival.  Payment can be made by personal cheque, bank draft, or credit card.  If paying with a card, a 4% adminstration fee will be applied for payments made using Visa or Mastercard, or 6% if payment is made using American Express.  If your balance is not received by the due date, and you have not contacted us to make payment arrangements, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

 

What if I need to cancel?

We understand that sometimes situations arise that prohibit people from travelling.  Providing we receive written/email notice of cancellation 10 weeks or more before the actual departure date, the signatory will not forfeit their deposit.  The reservation deposit of £150 ($250) per week will however be forfeited if cancellation is 10 weeks from departure.  If we are successful in re-letting the property, the full reservation deposit will be refunded.  If a reservation deposit has not been paid (e.g. when the booking has been taken at short notice), the amount will be deducted from your credit card.  We will notify you before doing this.

 

Is there a security deposit?

While we do not take an actual security deposit, we do require that a valid credit card is provided in the event that there is any damage to the property.  Upon arrival, a registration form with imprint or photo copy of the credit card will be required.  If any damage occurs to the property, the credit card that is on file on the registration form will be charged for the damages as well as applicable administration fees to process the credit card.  An itemised statement of charges will be mailed to you within 14 days of departure.

 

Are there any additional charges?

Short Stay Cleaning Fee - Any stay of less than 7 nights will be assessed a short stay cleaning fee of £70 ($110).

Mid Stay Cleaning Fee - A mid-stay clean may be ordered for halfway through your stay at the same rate as a short stay clean.  This will include a complete change over of all linens and towels and a thorough clean of the entire house (excluding the refridgerator and any cabinets where food is being stored).

Pool Heating - Pool heating may be added to any reservation between September and May for an additional £15 ($25) per day.  Please be advised that the jacuzzi will not operate without pool heat.  For electric heaters, if the OUTSIDE AIR temperature drops below 60 degrees, pool heaters will not function.  No refund will be given for unavailability or lack of heat.

 

What is provided in the villa?

The better question would be....what ISN'T provided?!  Westbury Manor comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen including a refridgerator, freezer, oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes, silverware, glasses, & utensils.  There is also a full sized washer and dryer.  Our home also comes complete with 4 televisions with cable & DVD players.

 

What do I need to supply myself?

While we try and provide each guest with everything that they need, there are some items that are not provided in the homes.  While bath and hand towels are provided, you may want to bring your own beach towels and wash cloths as these are not provided.  Starters of toilet paper, trash bags, and soap are provided, but you may need to supply more of these as your journey progresses.  In addition, any basic toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, etc. must also be provided by the guest, as well as food.

 

When are the times for check-in and check-out?

Our check-in time begins at 4pm, and check out must be completed by 10am.  In the event that you arrive in the area prior to check-in time, you can call Cynthia or Frances at the Easy Choice office on (+1) 863 614 1019 to find out if the villa is available early.  it is the sole discretion of the management company as to whether or not an early check-in is provided.  Please be advised that it is not always possible to honour these requests as many times the bookings are back to back and our cleaners need time to ensure the property is in adequate condition for the incoming party.  If you are found to still be in the property after the check-out time, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file for an extra day, unless other arrangements have been made prior to your departure.

 

What do I do in the event of an emergency?

In the event that anything should go wrong during your stay, simply call the emergency number which is displayed in the information pack in the villa and a member of the Easy Choice managment will be more than happy to assist you with any issue you may have.
