Description
The 2 master bedrooms both have en-suite
bathrooms plus there is an additional shared family sized bathroom. There
are 2 separate sitting areas plus a breakfast/dining area, large fully equipped
kitchen, laundry room and a large heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi
in a screened off area which is not overlooked and has a glorious view of the
local orange groves. The whole villa is fully air conditioned and
heated, has cable TV & DVD players. It also has a fully equipped Games
room.
The house also has high speed internet so
bring your laptop for our free of charge Internet connection.
Location
The small, executive development of Westbury is located in
Davenport, 1½ miles from the junction of Hwy 27 and Interstate 4
(Junction 55). The idyllic community is set amongst beautiful palm trees
and orange groves, making this the ideal place to kick back and relax
after a busy day visiting the major attractions in the area, which are
only a short drive away.
The I-4 provides a fast and efficient route to the attractions and within
15-20 minutes you can be on the doorstep of some of the most amazing theme
parks in the world. Disney is roughly 12 minutes away with Sea World, Wet
‘n’ Wild and Universal Studios being a 20-25 minute drive.
Just outside the community are the nearest restaurants, shops,
supermarkets including a Publix and Wal-Mart, a bank and a gas station.
For a wider selection of restaurants, popular takeaway chains and retail
outlets simply take a 20 minute drive to Hwy 192. The 192 also has over 25
fun attractions including the Medieval Times dinner show, Airboat rides,
Horse riding, Naskart Go Karts and Kissimmee Old Town which is a great
night out for all the family!
If golf is a must during your vacation then you’ve come to the right
place as Florida has some of the best courses in the world. Just 5 minutes
from the development is the superb Champions Gate Golf Club with two
championship courses, both of which were designed by Greg Norman.
